Make sure petitions about people are genuine with links to website that are carrying blogs that provide information copied from your Facebook account clearly detailing any harrasment that you have received from the person who you are asking Facebook to remove. This also must include the photgraph taht has been commented on if a photogragh is the centre of attention fro creating the petition.A failure to do this could lead you in to trouble with authourities in your country under liable and undue harressment laws.
