What are action updates?

They’re a quick and informative way to keep supporters updated on the progress of your campaign. Send updates to your supporters to keep them posted on your progress, celebrate your victories, and encourage them to spread the word about your campaign.

Why are updates awesome?

Updates are a really important part of a campaign (and therefore awesome) for a few reasons:

  • Targeting! Click rates on Update emails to be 300% higher than other emails from the campaign.
  • Communication! With one post, you can notify your supporters that they just made a difference and you reached your goal.
  • Inspiration! Updates are another great way to keep your community of support fired up about your campaign.

Every action page will include a “Add Update” button at the top left. Click the button, write your update copy, select whether you’d like to send the update to your supporters or just post it to the action, and add your update!

Once the update has been added, it will be attached to the bottom of your action page.
