Cause Leaders can now "Post an Update" to members that take action

Causes.com just enhanced how you can communicate with your cause community.  When members take action by pledging, taking a poll, signing a petition, donating money, taking a quiz, telling a story, or by viewing a photo/video you now have the ability as the cause leader to communicate with that specific group.  This new feature allows you to segment your community and communicate by email directly with the members that are passionate about that action.

Here are the steps to send an update:

  • Click on the action that you would like to update your community about
  • You will see a button to "Post An Update" on the top-right of the action
  • Once you post the update, you will see it featured above the comments

Hi Seema,

I'm sorry you're seeing this error. I'll respond through the open request ticket you've submitted over the weekend. Thanks for your patience.
