Unsubscribe from all Causes email:

You can update your email address or edit your Causes communication preferences in the Email section of your Account Settings, or log into Facebook and go to http://www.causes.com/unsubscribe

To unsubscribe from ALL Causes email, select the checkbox "all mails from Causes.com or any users" and click Save.
