An absolutely critical feature is to allow those administering a cause to see the donations made. This seems to have been eliminated from the current design. I have tried everything I can think of to navigate around, and it just isn't there. If it's there and hidden, it should be made visible so it is usable. It's hard to think of a much more critical feature.

yes... how do i know who donated to what i started... i want to be able to thank them if they are not anonymous....
Hi Kelly,
Thank you for your comment. We realize the importance of being able to view the list of your fundraiser's donors and are in the process of building out these tools. At the moment, you should receive an email notification whenever someone donates to your fundraiser. If you are not receiving these emails, please go to www.causes.com/account/email to assign an email or please file a support ticket if you believe there's a bug in our system.
Any word on when this will be available - its now August. I still don't see donations made to my cause. Like everyone else its critical for me as the administrator! Thanks
Also, the reporting on networkforgood.com does NOT tell when a donation is recurring. Can this bug be fixed?
Hi Kay & Lauren,
We are currently beta testing an action dashboard and should have it released in a few weeks. Please file a support ticket with a link to your cause and I'll be more than happy to send you a link to the dashboard so you can start using it. We appreciate your patience as we've been building this feature.
Regarding Network For Good's donation report, this is a feature of theirs which we are unable to control. They have not reported recurring donations in the past but I'll pass along the feedback to see if they can incorporate this in the future. Thank you for the questions!
Our action dashboard has been released! You can now view all of your donors and supporters by clicking
on any action page. Check out this article to learn more.
So where it says "Recent Activity" it would give that info James? If we wanted to send an acknowledgment to donors, will be be able to see their email or Facebook link? Is one automatically generated?
Hi Sheila,
If you click "Recent Activity" on one of your fundraisers, you'll see the information of all those who donated, including a link to their Facebook profile. At the moment, the best way to communicate with your donors individually is through Facebook message, but we are working on an internal messaging tool that will be released in a few months. If you lead an official nonprofit cause, you can set up a thank-you message that's automatically sent to your donors.
How do I get the donations made to my cause, Rainier Equine Hoof Recovery Center, as my Birthday Wish, to that cause? This was my first fundraiser and I'm clue free. Frank King
Hi Frank,
Thank you for your question. Wishes can only fundraise for 501(c)3 nonprofits, and not specific cause pages. If you'd like to learn more about creating a Wish, please read our Help Desk article. For additional questions, please file a support request and we'll happily respond within 24 hours. Happy birthday!
I set up a fundraising cause for a 501c(c)3 and when I click on recent activity it says no actions taken even though I just got emails that we received donations. Am I missing something? I also want to send an auto reply thanks but can't seem to see that function either, HELP!!
