what does click mean on email deliveries

NOT AN IDEA..JUST WONDERING WHAT IT MEANS...IT SAYS HOW MANY OPENED THE EMAILS AND THEN, CLICKS.  WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE

Hi there. Opens are the number of people who opened the message and clicks are the number of people who clicked on any part of the message that took them to Causes.
