After filling in all areas of the "Create a Cause" page, the continue button doesn't do anything...

Send e-mail w/a printscreen pic using the paint program to partner@causes.com and to support@causes.com... Any other suggestions?

Hey Charles, thanks for sending the screenshots. We're looking into why you were unable to create the cause and hope to have the problem solved next week. My only suggestion for now would be to try on another computer or in another browser.
Having the exact same issue have tried all browsers several different computers but i had this issues once before when i made my first cause took you about 4 weeks too resolve please do not fob us off with screenshots etc please look thoroughly into what the issue is with your servers!!!!!!! make uploading a cause in general a far better far more robust process please!!!!!
Hi all - we had a fix-it day to address this bug earlier this week and thought that it was resolved. Paul, when was the last time that you tried to start a cause? Please login to Facebook and go to http://causes.com/causes/new and give it a go, and send us screenshots and browser info if you still can't complete the process.
I worked on this all day and submitted with and withot facebook, 11 times. Please fix
Hi Sharon. I'm sorry that creating a cause didn't work for you. Are you having the same issue where you go to causes.com/causes/new, enter all of your cause information, and click continue but nothing happens (or the page refreshes and nothing happens)? Please attach a screenshot and a more detailed description of the error so that we can have another look at the problem. It will also help to have a link to your Facebook profile (you have to be logged in to create a cause) so if you would rather keep that information private, you can file a request with us.
My cause is so messed up there is 2 for the same cause. I want to delete and start over. Is that possible
Margaret, you can always delete a cause from the Settings tab of the Admin Center. Scroll all the way to the bottom to find the Delete button.
My cause is there and I want to fundraise for Center For Famiy Service Inc, BUT when I click on the fundraising button and type it in it just sits there. (no next button, or use, or enter nothing}
It is a Non-profit and it is listed in causes. How do I get this as my fundraiser?

Margaret, have you tried searching with the EIN? You're in the Fundraising tab of the cause page, trying to search for your nonprofit, right? Searching by the EIN 25-0965238 should do it -- I tried this search on a test cause and found your nonprofit.
