How do I leave a cause and remove the like from my Facebook profile?

To leave a cause, login to the Facebook account that you used to join the cause, go to the cause page and click the gear icon under the cause name. Select the option, Leave This Cause. This will remove you from the cause and remove the cause from your Facebook profile -- you won't get any more updates from the cause.
